Thursday, July 14 at 6:30 pm, Attendees: Sue Anderson, Mary Maller, Jerry Trzebiatowski, and Donna Literski. 1. Meeting Minutes. Minutes of the May meeting were added to the web site as written. 2. July 25 Agroforestry Tour. Details for this tour have been finalized and posters printed and e-mailed. Posters will be posted at various community sites next week. Thanks to Mary for coordinating the tour. It looks to be very informative. 3. Lecture/Film Series 2011/2012. We are planning to again host this winter green-themed lecture/film series. Mary has again offered to coordinate film selection and schedule. Thanks. Several films were mentioned as possible candidates: Climate Refugees No Impact Man If there are other suggestion by the SS Group, please contact Mary (592-4051) with details.. 4. Find It In Stockton Directory. As stated previously, due to last year’s cost of $5 per listing in the directory and additional monies contributed by several listers, we have enough money remaining to print the 2012 directories. Sue will e-mail Marie re: adding information to the July newsletter to remind folks to contact Donna for new, updated, or obsolete listings. (We’ve since learned there will not be a July newsletter, so Sue will plan to submit for October’s newsletter.) 5. Open Discussion. a. ICE and MREA will hold a 350 Day on September 24th. The focus to be on transportation with additional plans for a canning demo, music, workshops, and bike ride. They have asked about Sustainable Stockton sponsorship; likely helping logistically. b. Donna let folks know she is resigning from Newsletter and Web Site responsibilities. She will e-mail the SS e-mail group seeking volunteers for these duties. 6.
