Welcome

This website is about working together to address some of the environmental, economic and social issues facing us today.  Through sharing information, discussing complex issues, and building networks, we hope to bring about a sustainable community in the Town of Stockton, Wisconsin (Portage County).

On this site you may:

  • Learn how to save on your electric bill
  • Find a local source of eggs, fruit, vegetables
  • Sell, trade, or give away something to a neighbor
  • Find a carpool partner (At this time we are encouraging people to use Portage County’s new Rideshare program at www.rideshare.wi.gov.)

Whether you want to make a connection, find a quick tip, or be part of a deeper discussion, we hope this web site has something for you.  Please browse our web pages, attend our monthly meeting, participate in sustainable projects, and share your thoughts and ideas.  We look forward to hearing from you. Your input and expertise are much appreciated.
